1. Acceptance
By accessing or using The Clearance House ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Clearance House is a deal aggregation platform. We index publicly available sale and clearance products from third-party brand websites and display them in a unified interface. We are not a retailer and do not facilitate purchases directly.
3. Accuracy of information
Product prices, availability, and details are sourced from third-party websites and updated regularly, but may not reflect real-time changes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of product information. Always verify prices and availability on the brand's website before purchasing.
4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Referral day passes are granted in good faith and cannot be converted to cash or used to reduce subscription fees.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written consent
- Attempt to circumvent premium feature restrictions
- Share account credentials with others
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
7. Intellectual property
Product images and descriptions belong to their respective brand owners. The Clearance House interface, design, and code are our property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any purchase decisions made based on information found on the Service, for price errors, or for issues arising from third-party brand websites.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
